Join us for a soothing experience that will leave you feeling relaxed, empowered, and connected to a community of wonderful mums-to-be. 


Pregnancy Relaxation

Take a little time out dedicated to connecting with your baby and slowing down to embrace your pregnancy journey. 

Each week we explore a different pregnancy/birth related topic, practice mindful breathing techniques and enjoy a deep guided relaxation related to that weeks topic. 

Suitable for all stages of pregnancy.

What to bring

Anything that will make you feel extra comfy! Yoga mats, blankets & cushions are provided but please feel free to bring your own. 

The Venue

Sessions are held in The Den at the gorgeous Jenni's House, a venue specifically designed to create a village supporting families pre and postnatally.


Drinks and light snacks are provided, please do let me know if you have any allergies or dietary requirements ahead of coming to ensure you're catered for. 

What we'll cover

Each session begins with welcome drinks, followed by a lovely mindful breathing technique. We'll then delve into the topic of the week, with me on hand to answer any questions you might have. To end the session we'll drift into a deep guided relaxation.
