Held in the Rossendale valley, a group course is the perfect opportunity for you & your birth partner to meet other local parents whilst preparing for your birth. All group courses are kept to minimal numbers so that each person can get the most out of the course.

If you're anything like me, nothing could have prepared you for the amount of information you'd need to take in during pregnancy. From what foods you can/can't eat to which position you should be sleeping in, there's essential information for every stage. And, I'm really sorry, but birth is exactly the same. I know you won't want to go into this final stage without knowing about every option and challenge you could be faced with which is why I created the ultimate birth prep course; designed to leave you feeling fully informed, confident & most importantly, excited heading into birth.
