Hypnobirthing Refresher
Completed a Hypnobirthing course in a previous pregnancy and looking to refresh your knowledge & skills?

This 1.5hr session has been designed with you in mind, we'll recap on the essentials of hypnobirthing tools & techniques whilst focussing on any areas you feel would be most beneficial for you. This could be breathing techniques, pain relief options, preparing to breastfeed or any other topics you want to deep dive on.

This refresher course can be very much client-led, guided by your experience & any topics you feel is import to revisit.

Positive Caesarean Workshop
You're having a caesarean, there's no point doing a hypnobirthing course...
Wrong. My positive caesarean course supports you to plan a caesarean birth experience that you feel in control of.
There are still so many things to consider & so many things you can do to prepare for an empowering birth experience. Having had a caesarean birth myself, I know how important this is.
